All builders are not created equal. In 1952, Jim Paul and Del Webb created a partnership. Jim Paul’s expertise and guidance helped Del Webb to create the concept that became Sun City, providing active adults with a lifestyle never before experienced. When Del Webb went public, Jim Paul decided to end their partnership and re-established his own development company.

Leading the industry by building reliable, affordable and detailed semi-custom homes, Jim Paul continued to develop multiple properties throughout Arizona. In addition to building homes, Jim Paul also worked on several other projects including the well-known Mountain Shadows Resort and Homes and the original Rawhide Steakhouse in Scottsdale.

Understanding that future generations would continue to be interested in owning well-crafted homes, Jim Paul introduced his grandson, Paul Walker, to the building industry. Jim Paul served as a mentor for Paul Walker, helping to develop his knowledge and skills. Under Jim Paul’s tutelage, Paul Walker continued the family tradition of building high quality, reliable and well-crafted homes.
